1  The support is welded by steel board, and precisely processed by annealing treatment.

 

2  The arches adopt the material of cast iron, and the thickness of the main arches is 140mm, the moving arches are 1200mm thick moving out and in manually.

 

3  The upper cutting knife shaft moving up and down simultaneously with the material of 40Cr and chromium hardening surface after modified treatment (HRC28-32).

 

4  The driving movement realized by the gimbals which are drove by 18.5kw electricmagenectic speed regulating motor through driving type 400 synchronous gearboxes.

 

5  The edge folding can be realized by integrating with slitting machine, loading material manually, and combined with manual oil filling device and manual material loading cradle.

 

6  Side guiding adopts 2-level 4-type screw adjustment with 2 clamping rollers of chromium hardening surface.
